Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority falls within the National
Capital Region of India’s capital - New Delhi and is adjacent to Noida,
one of the largest industrial townships in Asia. It conceptualizes the
needs of a fast developing city of the future. The Action Plan and
execution is at par with global standards and is aimed at accelerating
the growth of industrial, IT and institutional sectors in the country.
Knowledge Park 5 and Tech Park 4 are hot destinations in Greater Noida west ( Noida Extension ) and are home for many projects . Also it seems to be happening place when whole of this area shapes up .
Mixed use land projects are the main focus in these two sectors .
